WITHOUT A TRACE

THE QUEER GERMAN ENTERTAINER DANIEL KUEBLBOECK

DISAPEARED WITHOUT A TRACE ON SEPTEMBER 9, 2018.

HE WAS ON A SEA CRUISE FROM HAMBURG TO

NEW YORK AND HAS SINCE BEEN DECLARED MISSING.

THERE ARE MANY MYSTERIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING HIS DISAPERANCE FROM THE SHIP AIDALUNA.

MOST PEOPLE CONSIDER HIM PERFORMING SUICIDE BY

JUMPING INTO THE ATLANTIC OCEAN.,

BUT I HAVE THE STRONG, UNCONFIRMED FEELING THAT HE COULD HAVE FAKED HIS OWN DEATH TO START A NEW LIFE.

HIS DECLINE OF POPULARITY AND PERSONAL ISSUES

MAY CAUSED HIS ACTIONS.

I’M SHARING THIS BECAUSE IT MADE ME THINK OF

ALEISTER CROWLEY, WHO FAKED HIS OWN DEATH IN 1930.

UPDATE: DECEMBER 12, 2018, DANIEL IS STILL MISISSING, BUT NOT DECLARED DEAD YET.

5 Ways to Help You Stop Overthinking

dailypsychologyfacts:

American actress Winona Ryder states, “I think too much. I think ahead. I think behind. I think sideways. I think it all. If it exists, I’ve f*cking thought of it.” People can overthink themselves to the point of detriment if they don’t carefully monitor it. But, it may be difficult to differentiate between thinking and overthinking, especially if you’re naturally more inclined to be pensive and generally enjoy studying abstract concepts and ideas. So, what does overthinking look like? And how do you know you’re taking part in it?

Overthinking is when you imagine what your future will look like 10 years from now as you hesitate in choosing between two options presented, considering it to be a life or death decision. It’s dwelling on the past long after a relationship has ended. It’s picking apart a situation and creating a problem before it even exists. It’s repeatedly choosing to sit on the sidelines to observe and analyze an event instead of actively participating in it. If you identify strongly with many of these examples, then it may be time to think about how to think less. Psych2Goshares with you 5 ways to help you stop overthinking:

1. Schedule a time to reflect.

It’s impossible to get rid of thoughts altogether and separate your mind from yourself. After all, how you perceive and see the world plays such a large part on your identity. But to give yourself a sense of control over your thoughts, you can start reserving a fixed amount of time for them. You can give yourself five minutes to think, worry, and analyze. Then, once the time is up, you can spend the next ten or twenty minutes reflecting on the situation and write about your concerns. Once that time is also eventually up, you can throw away the piece of paper…

Four Practices ov Visualization

covn:

Training in magick often includes building up skills ov visualization. One may visualize something moving or stationary. A physical manifest object or an abstract geometric figure etc, but it often omits the most basic orientation to the practice: Where is it?

There are four ways of visualizing, what you are visualizing is located somewhere in physical space, somewhere on or relative to your body, on your field of vision, or nowhere.

The skill of visualizing in physical space is crucial for many rituals. Whether casting a circle, manifesting a thoughtform, etc. You want to practice firmly holding the visualization of something located around you. As you practice you should be able to move around the thing you are visualizing and see it from different perspectives.

Visualizing relative to the body is related to visualizing relative to physical space, but is different in the way you hold it. The brain maintains a separate map of the body in space from the map of space around you. This is practiced by visualizing things in, on, or around your body.

Visualizing a symbol on your field of vision is best for geometric or other abstract patterns, such as sigils. These need not be anywhere relative to you or of any definite size other than a sense of the position in your visual field.

Finally, you should practice visualization where it bears no relation to physical space. This will feel 3rd person, like looking at a picture or watching o movie. This should feel different from an overlay of imagined space over the space around you. When practicing 3rd person visualization, watch for a subtle feeling of a location around your person that is acting as a gateway to this space.

Theories of sigil magick:

wolfofantimonyoccultism:

Sigil magick is primarily understood from 3 different theories of understanding, these theories being the way of understanding how sigils are able to manifest. Practitioners will usually work with one of these theories, and will understand sigil magick from that point of view. From what I understand all of these theories are legitimate, and should not be looked at separately, but much rather together in order to have a higher understanding of the ins-and-outs of sigil manifestation. These theories I like to refer to as energy theory, consciousness theory, and psychological theory.

Energy theory:

Energy theory is the understanding that sigils work through the process of gathering up spiritual energy that is intended for a specific purpose, and when it is cast out that energy will go forth into the universe to manifest that intention. This is a theory that primarily works off the understanding of spiritual energy, and raising that energy in order to do a certain task.

Consciousness theory:

Consciousness theory is the understanding that sigils work through implanting sigils in the subconscious, so that they will be able to interact with the universal conscious in order to manifest a desired outcome. This theory works primarily off the understanding of universal consciousness, and how we are all connected to it, and because of that are able to influence it in order to make our desires a reality.

Psychological theory:

Psychological theory is the understanding that sigils work through the act of allowing you to focus on a specific construct, or situation, through the representation of the sigil. This is said to allow your subconscious mind to pull you in the direction of what you desire, by it suggesting to your normal waking consciousness certain decisions that will help you achieve your goal.

There are critiques, and criticisms to all of these theories but all of them support a very good understanding of the essence of sigil magick, and are all important to get acquainted with.

iseesigils:

“There are two approaches to magick: the outward — ceremonial, ritualist; and the inward — mystical.
The distinction between magick and mysticism is often blurred, as the two seemingly different approaches often cross and converge at various points. In ceremonies, rituals, etc., magick generally works
through the external level, while in mysticism it is typically directed inward. The difference is in approach.
The distinctions of magick and mysticism have been best summed up by Kenneth Grant: “There are two methods and two goals which — at first sight — appear to be diverse and opposite. One method is magical, involving outwardly directed energy which seeks union with ‘all otherness’, the other method involves a mystical inward-reaching towards the secret centre of being whose nature is Self-love. It may
be supposed that the first method is for tyros, the second for adepts, but properly understood these two apparently opposite paths are seen to be identical, for ‘all otherness’ is the one Self in different guises”.
This is not to imply a dichotomy between magick and mysticism. By the use of the differing words is meant merely the point of view, of approach — ‘internal’ being the mystical (an ‘inwardreaching’) and ‘external’ referring to the ceremonial (“outwardly directed energy which seeks union with ‘all otherness’”). In this instance mysticism deals with unity, while ceremonial works with dualities. Both words used here refer to the “ability to attract without asking” and to “cause Change to occur in conformity with Will”. This subtle variation in approach has given rise to the corresponding designations of extroverted and introverted”

The title of ninth Sephira, or emanation of the Tree Of Life, is YSVD (Yezod). It is the Sephira of the Lunar magick of Aub, or Ob, the Serpent (whence “obeah”).
The Serpent is a Symbol common to the Yezidi, Voodooists, Tantrics, and Thelemites.
Yezod or Yesod as the secret center of the Yezidi is an apt description of the Sephira wich corresponds to the sexual center in the human body. Yesod means “Foundation”, and the Hadit of the Thelemites, is the Foundation of the World, as Yesod is the foundation of the Tree Of Life.
The accursed God of the South is, then no other than the lord of the reproductive forces typified by the southernmost Sephira-Yesod.
Yesod is attributed to the Moon. not to the Sun. The curious symbolism is explained by the connection of the Serpent or Dragon with the lunar current typified by Babalon- “for he is ever a sun, and she a moon”. The symbolism may be fathomed at the Hindu level of mythology where Shiva (the Indian Seth) is called “the god with the crescent” (i.e the moon) in the Bhagavad Gita. Also, Thoth the Moon-god, was originally the God of Sirius, identical with the Star-God-Seth, before the luni-solar mode of reckoning time supplanted the stellar reckoning.
This is the reason why the inverted pentagram, or pointed towards the south is usually abhorred as a seal of the devil. Is the seal of Satan because it invokes the snake sex, snake Obeah. The osirisian, and Christians, fled from this aspect of existence, and the pentagram of Set, the south, was considered the symbol of impurity and of abomination. It is still the star of Satan for those who consider the use the current of sexual magic as “evil” that is diabolic. Originally there was no moral pollution; it comes from the hands of the followers of the cult of the old Aeon, those represented in myth by God Dying: Adonis, Osiris, Christ, etc
